Stopped in for lunch after a busy morning of hiking and sight seeing at Theodore Roosevelt south unit. It was seat yourself and I found a spot at a high top table near the bar. Service was average, nothing over the top, got the job done. Definitely western theme inside with lots of tables. I had the Killdeer, which was their take on a Philly cheesesteak. The garlic aioli/sauce added a nice flavor. I do wish the steak was sliced thinner or smaller pieces, as it was tough to bite through and the entire strip would come out when attempting to take a bite. The sweet potato waffle fries were as expected. Would return to try other menu items as they had a good variety. read more
