First time at The Flying Biscuit. Let's start off with the service. Upon arriving we were told we could choose anywhere to sit. The place is spacious and it's has a huge sitting area outside as well. On to the meal, I ordered the Freebird with my eggs over easy and the moon dusted potatoes. My sister ordered the Dirty bird, eggs over medium and another friend order ordered the High Flyer. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the gravy was thick and rich with flavor. The house potatoes had a crisp but also soft texture making them perfect for this dish. We ordered a flight of mimosas and too be honest my only favorites were the peach and mango flavored. They were mixed nicely with an even combination of juice and bubbly. read more
