The food is great, we love the staff, and been loyal customers for years. However, the charges are out of hand! We placed an order for pick up and were shocked at all the damn charges on our receip, -BOH appreciation 7% (the usual charge) -Take out 'convenience' fee 13% (new) - plus regular tip (which we always do) We had almost $14 in fee's. Let me add that we're driving from Centennial to Denver to pick up food, there is absolutely nothing convenient about it, and on top of it I have to pay the restaurant for it!? It's absolutely ridiculous. We'll definitely rethink our next order BEFORE making that 40min drive. read more
