We went to this establishment during my girlfriend and my anniversary and it was an incredible experience. We did the 14 piece omakase which comes with a hand roll and miso soup. Every bite had incredible freshness and flavor. and for $105 it's probably one of the most bang for your buck omakase experiences you can get in orlando. Our chef, was incredibly nice, personable, and had a great sense of humor. He really made the experience one of a kind and he had an infectious smile on his face throughout our 90 min experience. Since it was our anniversary, he gave us a few surprise treats after our 14th course. The the food stand was small but very cozy. It was located in a food hall in Plant Street so it was a bit noisy but you zone out the noise when all you can focus on is the omakase experience.
