This bar/restaurant is connected to the Phoenix hotel in the tenderloin. Cool retro vibe, smells very retro inside and definitely has been around a long time. Friendly staff and service both at the bar and for dining. The menu was very small and casual, the cocktails were ok. Overall I wouldn't come back for another go. read more
