UMITO Sushi & Ramen is such a hidden gem! The restaurant has a beautiful warm, Japanese-style atmosphere with wood accents and a cozy izakaya/teahouse vibe. It's super photogenic, and I love that they're open until midnight--perfect for those late-night sushi cravings! We ordered the Umito Premium Sashimi, which comes with 12 different kinds of sashimi beautifully presented with rice, seaweed, miso soup, and a colorful selection of 9 condiments. You can make your own hand rolls, which was not only delicious but also really fun! The Uni Pasta was another favorite. It came with a generous portion of uni, a rich creamy sauce, and ikura. Definitely enough to share, especially if you're a uni lover. One of the best parts is their late-night specials from 9 PM to midnight, including hot sake, draft beer, and $3 bottled beers. Such a great spot for a late-night bite and drinks! Parking is also super convenient--free for 1.5 hours in the building garage with validation.
