Since I'm not big on beef, I've never been to Koestler Prime but this is my mom's favorite place, this is where we took her for her birthday dinner.
The ambiance is what you would expect. Low lighting, white tablecloths and excellent service. I hate I can't remember my server's name because he should teach a master class on providing service.
I ordered the salmon, cooked medium, with a side of asaparus. My mom and sister both got the 8oz filet. Mom got her's cooked medium with mushrooms, while my sister did medium rare with a side of housecut fries. All entrees come with a salad, and we all three picked the vinaigrette dressing.
Salad and dressing needed salt. I hate I didn't go with another dressing because I would have really enjoyed my salad more. My salmon and asparagus were very tasty. My mom said her steak melted in her mouth. The side of fries were huge so we all ate some. They were really good!
Momma and my sister got the bread pudding and I went with the chocolate chess pie for dessert. You can tell they make the desserts as they were soooo good!
It was my first time dinning there but won't be my last. read more
