Surprisingly nice environment for such a small casino. We did not make a reservation on a Saturday, so had to wait 45 minutes. Not their fault at all, but just a heads up. Make a reservation! We had the pretzel appetizer which honestly was awesome. After that I went with the BBQ burger which was also good, but the pattie was definitely a frozen pattie. Overall the food was good, not Las Vegas level at all, but for Northern Iow I'll take it. My one major detractor is customer servive. The hostess was downright lost, and unaware of what was happening. The server was overwhelmed. My one huge recommendation is invest in some staff training.
