Hudson House is a gem of a restaurant in the chic bohemian Nyack main district. Cuisine is excellent in taste and execution. Actually quite sublime. Everything was delicious with good seasoning, fresh ingredients, our taste buds were very happy. Hubby made Hudson House the perfect choice to celebrate my birthday! :) STARTERS: - Hearts Of Romaine Caesar salad (best salad) - White Anchovies on Toast (good tasty bites) ENTRÉES: - Braised Hudson Valley Duck breast, kale & cauliflower purée (mmm) - Gnocchi Bolognese, parmigiano reggiano (delicioso!)
