I had the opportunity to check out Bru Burger Noblesville during their soft open. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the new Blue Sky Building. The restaurant is beautiful with wood-look tile floors. The wood furniture and shipped lined walls give the place a warm feel. A full service bar is located in the middle of the restaurant. They are installing outdoor seating. The staff was super attentive and friendly, especially our waitress Tawnee. The food was fantastic. We tried the quinoa salad, bru fries, provencal burger and veggie burger. The quinoa salad was refreshing and sweet. The Bru fries are medium cut with skins and served with three house made sauces (ketchup, black pepper mayo and chipotle mayo). My dining companion that had the veggie burger said that it was perfectly layered. read more
