Bru Burger burgers are always fantastic. Part of the Cunningham Group, so the food is reliable. They seemed a little understaffed, but the staff were doing their best. Nice dining area with a large patio in warmer weather.

Met some friends at BRU Burger in Noblesville for lunch today. I apologize for not including our waitresses name but she was outstanding. She continually checked on us and kept our drinks topped off. I and some of my friends got the Patty Melt - double smash burger served on toasted sour dough with caramelized onions, American cheese and BRU sauce. One of the better patty melts I've ever had.

Very clean and modern atmosphere at this Noblesville location. First time coming and it was great. Got the chicken sandwich and was very good. Not too breaded/crispy. Would get it again. Our server was very nice and helpful.

Great meal before our Night Between the Stacks at the Noblesville Library. Our server Aryelle was awesome, she was super attentive, had great energy and gave us great insight into the menu (mostly that the burgers are big). My girlfriend and I both got the burger snacks and they did not disappointed. Juicy tasty, all you'd want in a burger. The onion rings were a little greasy but hey I'm not complaining and the fries were good as well. Safe to say we'll be back and support your local library!

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening and we were seated right away. Our server Nora was great and very attentive (especially to our 6 yr old) The food was great! We had the pretzel appetizer and I had the Bru Burger with a Blueberry Basil mocktail. I was not a fan of the mocktail, it was very tart and tasted like water and a koolaid packet. Overall it was a good experience.

It's been a while since we visited Bru Burger, but seeing as it's Burger Week in Indy we thought we'd give it a try. After this experience it's going back into our regular rotation! (especially for happy hour). The classic burger that was the $7 special was wonderful! Very filling, fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. We added a side of fries which we dipped in their homemade ranch (per our server's suggestion), and they were fantastic. I also had an amazing spicy pomegranate margarita that I will be ordering again very soon! Service was fantastic and atmosphere was great!

We went to Bru Burger last night, mainly because it was convenient. I'll admit it usually isn't at the top of my list because most of the time it's just ok. However, I was impressed with the service and the food last night! We were seated immediately- outside of course because it's summer time. But let's be real I'll sit outside whenever I can! Our Hostess was pleasant and friendly. Let's just say our server was AMAZING! She was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions. She introduced us to the house ketchup and ranch dip. If you love dill, the ranch dip will soon become your favorite! We ordered hamburgers to celebrate hamburger week ! Also had a side of onion rings, which were perfectly cooked, not greasy. The food was brought out warm and cooked like we asked for. Oh I can't for the spicy pomegranate margarita. I ordered it because I tend to like a little spicy and this drink didn't disappoint. The flavors were balanced and made for an amazing drink! Not too fruity and not too spicy. As you can see from the pictures there is plenty of outdoor seating and it's extremely inviting. If you are like me and haven't been to Bru Burger in a while, I highly suggest you. give them another chance, I know we've added them back to our list!

1st timer here!! We must have picked the perfect time to visit. We were sat right away and greeted right away. Our server, Taylor, was a breath of fresh air. She's bubbly, kind and attentive. I thought devour was going on but apparently I was to early LOL. No worries....I'll be back. I had the Ceasar salad. While I didn't like the "croutons" I thought the salad was phenomenal. The small portion is plenty! I will totally be getting this again. I also had a mushroom sandwich. I was able to customize and it didn't disappoint. Their habanero cheese is so yummy! The spice was perfect. I also tried the house ranch and it was good! My daughter ordered a simple burger and enjoyed it. The fries are fresh cut and delicious!!!

The ambiance and customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and patient with our party of 20. The Sriracha Caesar w/ Chicken was delicious!! I would definitely recommend it and order it again.

Peach-White Chocolate Bread Pudding! So good.

Taking burgers to an elevated state. Yes, it's a burger joynt. I do think the Bru Burger chain offers a higher quality meat than many restaurants offer. The choices of burgers are extensive and you can substitute a chicken or bison patty. I like the fries as a side (you're eating a burger). What if everyone is in a burger mood and you're not? Perfect! The salads here are great! I heartily endorse the gorgonzola salad. You can order a half salad or an entree size. Today, I had a sweet tooth so I ordered the Bread Pudding for dessert. Awesome! Ask for Taylor, she's pleasant, responsive and got all of my special "asks" right--the first time.

Solid service, good food, massive place so I doubt a long wait is ever a problem here. Good burger but nothing like outstanding. At least nothing that we had.

My last review here was five years ago, and it's still three stars in 2024. The only things that have changed are the increase in prices to meet post-Covid labor costs, increased food costs, and the higher bougie-Noblesville rent. My order was ~$38 for a house burger, hot chicken sandwich (fried), and sides (fries and onion rings). The fries are overcooked and greasy. YMMV. Bru Burger is one of the only table service restaurants I know that doesn't have a plain grilled chicken sandwich on the menu, only fried.

Double Bacon Burger: Two Smashed Patties, Tillamook White Cheddar, Special Sauce, Garden. The House Ketchup is delicious!

We have dined at this BRU location several times and have always had positive experiences. Our most recent visit was for a late lunch on a Saturday dining at the bar where we were provided with friendly and attentive service. We shared a bowl of chili, the double bacon burger with fries (their special House Ketchup is amazing!) and the large buttermilk Cobb salad with grilled chicken added. Everything was prepared as ordered and tasted fresh & tasty. Tip: If you're enrolled in the VIP Rewards Program for Cunningham Group Restaurants, don't forget to get your points!

This spot has been on my list to go to for quite some time. I am so very happy that I finally made…read moreit there. We had reservations yesterday at 4:30pm, right when they opened. I was wondering if the seating here would be communal since they only have 9 tables and room for 35 guests but I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated at our own table in a bit of a nook created by bookcases. My girlfriend and I had plans that day to go to the Peony Festival in town but it was cancelled due to weather. There were still many beautiful peonies in the restaurant itself and in many businesses around town. We were immediately seated by the hostess and our waiter, James, came to the table to tell us about the restaurant and that they would take our entire order and then course it out for us. I love this. Being a small restaurant it was a little noisy in there but we just spoke up a bit to talk to each other. We started with a couple cocktails, mine was Mr. Rumtastic and my friend had the Coming Up Roses. Both cocktails were well made and good. I found mine a bit thick on the palate, maybe because of the coconut milk? Still the flavors were well balanced and delicious. We started our meal with the Housemade Burrata, the bottom of the plate had a pistachio butter spread across it and there was mortadella on the plate, a puffy fried dough called gnocco fritto, and a balsamic honey along side. We were instructed to put it on our plate and mix it up and see how we like it paired together. What an excellent way to start our meal. We would definitely order this again. Next up for us was the Lamb Kafta Kebabs along with the Housemade Focaccia Bread. The lamb kebabs were ground lamb skewered and grilled served over a fresh fava bean puree finished with olive oil, sumac, ramp powder, and black cumin with some thinly sliced watermelon radish. The lamb was super tender and a perfect medium cook. The focaccia bread was a good addition to this as we slathered the homemade bread with the super soft whipped herb butter. Loved the rosemary baked into the bread as it gave it a woody, herby note without overpowering it. I almost ordered the Spring Salad but I asked James if it would be going overboard and he said what we ordered he thought would be the perfect amount of food so I will save that for another day. We ordered a second cocktail, mine was the Persephone's Elixir and my friend ordered the Peonies in the Park. We both enjoyed these cocktails more than we enjoyed the first cocktails we ordered. The egg white on mine made a little frothy creamy top and I loved the slight sweetness from the vanilla syrup and the pomegranate juice. I tried my friend's cocktail and it was so refreshing, it was peony infused vodka with rhubarb liqueur with a strawberry-rhubarb shrub. Next up for us was our main dish. I ordered the Spring Ravioli and my friend ordered the Persian Chicken. My ravioli was the best pasta dish I have had in quite some time. I usually don't eat an entire entree, I usually bring half home, this one though I ate every little bit, I would have licked the plate if I were not in a nice restaurant! Housemade ravioli with a filling of sweet peas, ricotta and percorino cheese bathed in a potato veloute' with sugar snap peas, pink peppercorns, chive oil and microgreens. I would order this again tomorrow if I were to go back tomorrow. My friend loved her chicken and her baked rice as well. So even after all these food, and it was a lot, we had to go for dessert. I ordered a cup of coffee with cream along with Crunch-Dipped Peanut Butter Pie and my friend ordered the Double Scoop of Housemade Peanut-Butter and Chocolate Gelato. We enjoyed these as well. We will definitely make another trip here as the service, food, and cocktails were right on point. Thanks so much to 9th Street Bistro and I hope you have many years of success.

Picked a date with my husband and easily booked a reservation online. While there is some minor construction near the restaurant, it was still very easy for us to find nearby parking. Because the restaurant is small and intimate, they really encourage reservations and staying on time and not arriving any earlier than your time. We are both notoriously early people, but we hung around outside and walked around and we ended up getting a text 10 minutes before our reservation that our table was ready. I totally understand why they did that, as the entry to the restaurant doesn't really allow for standing and waiting. We were sat up front, near the entry and greeted rather quickly by James, who was clearly very passionate about the food and it made for a great time. While everything was delicious and the service was extremely top notch, I was disappointed that the meal that i was waiting to try, the sole reason I made the reservation, was riddled with onions! No where in the description of the risotto was there mention of onions. With every bite, onions! And I get it, I'm in the wrong not liking a very important ingredient in cooking, but I really expected there to atleast be mention of onions when some of the other menu items had their ingredients listed. Overall, will I come back, yes! But I can't get over the onions and how blackened the pork was (in comparison to the IG photo). A little deceiving.

We were greeted by a kind and friendly hostess who was able to fit us in as this was an impromptu dinner for two without a reservation. Our server, Sabra M, was friendly, upbeat and very professional, and patient. We ordered a half portion of the Noble Chop salad at the recommendation of our server. It included bacon, egg, white cheddar, heirloom tomatoes with a buttermilk dressing. The salad was very enjoyable. On this Friday evening, we were treated to a wonderful bonus of live music that was set up in the bar section, but we had a nice vantage point from our table which was a comfortable c-shaped booth. As I recognized multiple songs the artist was playing on his guitar and singing songs I remembered from my youth ( (Ie., Alison by Elvis Costello, 99 Red Balloons-Neva, Everybody Wants to Rule the World- Tears for Fears). My mom ordered the Filet Sliders for her entree which were seared tenderloin with horseradish and arugula (she passed on the red pickled onion) . She's very tiny, so the portion size was fine. I ordered the scallops which came with angel hair pasta and Chef selected seasonal vegetables and sauce that was delicious. We put in our sandwich and soup orders when she came for the drink order because we had already sat there 20 minutes and we didn't want it to be even longer before she came back. 25 minutes later we still did not have our food despite asking about it twice. our server said well I've asked three times back there... I don't know what's taking so long. I said could you please mention maybe to a manager? We were not strident or angry, into this certainly was not our servers's fault but we were extremely disappointed because four tables surrounding us had been seated, served and one of them was finished and we still did not have our food. A manager came and said we're getting your food out just as quick as we can and I stopped her and said ma'am it's too late for as quick as you can because it's been 25 minutes and we've been here 45 minutes. She left the table and in less than two minutes came back with our food, sat in front of us said she was sorry and what else could she do for us and I said I'm not sure how to answer that; we just wanted our food. My friend's egg entrée was completely cold, my sweet potato fries were cold and my friend's soup was lukewarm at best. We waved the manager back and explained that our food was cold and must have been sitting for quite some time. She seemed upset took the food back and said she would get them to fix some more and I said you know I think we're just going to leave now I don't want to wait for more food to be prepared. As we turned to leave she told us to have a nice day but it seemed more in sarcasm rather than sincerity. I also want to point out that the prices have soared since our last visit. I'm not sure when or if we will come back to Rosie's, which is a shame because their bakery items are to die for.
