My husband and I love coming to BRU Burger for quick date nights, and the homemade ketchup is definitely not the reason why... Okay, yes it is. I genuinely don't think I've ever had better ketchup and I ask every time if I can take home a whole vat of it. My husband always gets the spicy Mexicali burger and says it's the perfect balance of spicy and savory. It's always cooked well and consistently full of flavor. The portions are also really good for the price, which makes it an easy go to for us. I love the three cheese garlic burger, but fair warning, it comes with what feels like nine garlic cloves on top. I usually end up pulling them off after they drop the burger at the table because the flavor is already soaked into the burger anyway. The fries are a solid 10 out of 10, and the service is always great. It's just an easy, reliable spot for a good burger and a relaxed night out. read more

It's been a while since we visited Bru Burger, but seeing as it's Burger Week in Indy we thought we'd give it a try. After this experience it's going back into our regular rotation! (especially for happy hour). The classic burger that was the $7 special was wonderful! Very filling, fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. We went to Bru Burger last night, mainly because it was convenient. I'll admit it usually isn't at the top of my list because most of the time it's just ok. However, I was impressed with the service and the food last night! We were seated immediately- outside of course because it's summer time. But let's be real I'll sit outside whenever I can! Our Hostess was pleasant and friendly. Let's just say our server was AMAZING! She was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions. She introduced us to the house ketchup and ranch dip. If you love dill, the ranch dip will soon become your favorite! We ordered hamburgers to celebrate hamburger week ! Also had a side of onion rings, which were perfectly cooked, not greasy. The food was brought out warm and cooked like we asked for. Oh I can't for the spicy pomegranate margarita. I ordered it because I tend to like a little spicy and this drink didn't disappoint. The flavors were balanced and made for an amazing drink! Not too fruity and not too spicy. As you can see from the pictures there is plenty of outdoor seating and it's extremely inviting. The choices of burgers are extensive and you can substitute a chicken or bison patty. I like the fries as a side (you're eating a burger). What if everyone is in a burger mood and you're not? Perfect! The salads here are great! I heartily endorse the gorgonzola salad. You can order a half salad or an entree size. Today, I had a sweet tooth so I ordered the Bread Pudding for dessert. The only things that have changed are the increase in prices to meet post-Covid labor costs, increased food costs, and the higher bougie-Noblesville rent. My order was ~$38 for a house burger, hot chicken sandwich (fried), and sides (fries and onion rings). The fries are overcooked and greasy. YMMV. Updating my review after many visits. We consistently receive good service here. This Bru location is one of our favorite restaurants when we have a larger group, usually 8-10 people. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. A few of my friends are gluten-free, some are vegetarian, one is vegan, and the rest are carnivores. There is enough variety on the menu that everyone is happy. We all love the fries and house- made ketchup. I like the black pepper mayo as well. There are several appetizers I like but the Bru fries are my favorite. On this visit I had the cod sandwich, which was very good. It was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked. I dont mind paying on the higher end if its worth it and not having the right bun for the burger is simple stuff to me that you should have down. The food? Excellent! The atmosphere? Great! We made a reservation for 6 yesterday for Mother's Day weekend and we were the first table in the dining room. They do not provide menus, only a QR code at the table. I know this is modern and fine and covid safe not to have menus, but not all people (including the older people in my party) have a smart phone or the QR reader app. We asked for a menu and they seemed "bothered"... Our server is the reason for 3 stars. I've literally never seen anyone more in a rush to get us out of there (remember, we are the very first table in the dining room). As soon as we sit down she says "what do you want to drink, I'll start with you". We hadn't even scanned the code, looked at a menu, so I asked what they had drink brand size (coke, Pepsi, etc). The said Pepsi and said what would you like. Well, Bru Burger (aka Cunningham) didn't teach servers to recommend a drink? Give suggestions? Ok fine so we just ordered soda, didn't plan on it, but she was in SUCH A RUSH. She came back with the drinks 2 minutes later and was like what would you like. Well, can you give us more than 2 min? It takes longer than that to download the QR code. Jeez. No recommendations, no app recommendations, no do you have any questions. Just hey let's order. Ok so we rushed my parents and others to order. We get our food, everything comes out correct and great. We eat and then she asks us what we want for desert, again with no chance to look. No thanks. We rush to pay and get out. I mean please, Cunningham, train servers to act like they want to make money. When my wife and I first started going to this location, food was great. The service was very good and the general manager was friendly and make sure things were getting done properly. Sense Craig move to another location, the food, service and management have suffered. I still occasionally go to this location, but the fries are not as good. They always seem over cooked. The service is still decent, but the management just doesn't seem as on top of things as Craig was. Overall, it's still a decent restaurant but I can get decent anywhere. We stopped in Bru Burger after a basketball event. I hadn't been to a Bru Burger location in a few years. It was pretty empty, which shocked me given the floor looked like it hadn't been touched. After being seated, I walked back to the counter to get a kid's menu and it was covered in food (maybe dried up ketchup). Ok, I'm hungry so I push through. After all, I don't have to eat on the floor. I ordered the texas mule (which was quite good) and I got the provencal burger (gluten free option) with fries. I was excited because my last visit to Bru Burger, they no longer had GF fries. About 10 minutes after ordering our server came out to ask how I wanted my burger prepared. My daughter looked at me with hungry eyes and said "does that mean they haven't even started our food?!" I'm going to guess that answer was yes. What appeared to be a manager brought out our burgers. My bun looked tasty and if you have to eat GF, you know that usually isn't the case. I questioned whether it was GF and he said very shockingly - NO. He was quick to make it right, but I'm glad I know to ask, where others may not. As we walked out, there were 2 ladies at the hostess stand and I have to admit I was a little taken back that they said nothing as we left. The food was as good as I remembered from previous visits, but the service definitely could be improved. read more

This was my first visit to this location; it's a haul to get here from Indy, but there were no reservations available at the Carmel location, and we sure didn't want to attempt downtown with a big show going on at the Old National Center. So...a drive to Noblesville seemed the best option to satisfy our burger needs. It was definitely worth the drive up here, the food was great; the quality seemed the same as the other locations. I had the lamb burger and fries. The burger was cooked nicely and the lamb was flavorful. The tzatziki sauce and feta went nicely with the burger. The bun was fresh and somehow didn't get soggy which has been an issue at other locations at times. The fries were fresh, and excellent as always. Service was excellent; I added the fifth star here for that. They were busy, with all tables full, but managed to refill drinks and were even able to bring some extra ketchup which was an issue we had at the Carmel location. They also didn't seem to want to hustle customers out as much as they do at times in Carmel. The space is modern, open and tables aren't too tightly packed together. The outdoor patio looks great; I'll have to keep that in mind for the spring! There is a big parking lot located right off the side street where the restaurant is located. Just a heads up - I'd highly recommend using a navigation app to find this location if you aren't very familiar with the area...it's not really visible from the main road, especially at night...and in the rain...I thought Google maps lost it's mind when it had me turn on a somewhat dark side street and then turn again into what looked like a dead end, but was the parking lot! We didn't see the restaurant until we were in the lot as there isn't a sign facing the parking lot. read more

We always have a good experience at all Bru locations and this one was no different. We made a reservation ahead of time, and they got us seated right when we walked in which was nice. The atmosphere was cool, as they had a lot of good sporting events showing on TVs all around the dining room. The burger is not the best I've ever had, but it is always good. My only thing is always the ketchup. I'm a little plain original type of guy, so I prefer just normal ketchup over the house made type, but I made do with it. Overall, it was a solid meal. read more

It didn't have the traditional patty melt taste with the grilled onions and the thousand island dressing. The patty melt tasted more like a double cheeseburger on toasted bread. I would not recommend the pear martini. I wanted to love the pear martini based on the ingredients however it tasted more like a flat soda with a splash of pear flavoring. My overall total for 3 meals and 1 appetizer came up to $75.00. In my opinion it wasn't worth the price.
