The best pool service company ever! Our pool service weekly has been so professional and consistently five star. They communicate and service and respond. But this weekend they went way above their normal great service. I noticed Friday morning that our pool pump was completely removed from the plumbing and water was flowing everywhere. It was like a firehose. I immediately shut the pump off at the circuit breaker and sent and email, a video and photos to A Better Pool Service and Brenda Williams sprung into action and I didn't even know it. So here is the amazing part. On Sunday morning, I went out to check to make sure the pump was still off but hoping to hear from A Better Pool Service on Monday to schedule a repair. To my utter surprise, it was fixed! No email from Brenda no calls. It was an urgent matter than she knew it. It was just repaired. This is the highest level of customer service one can ask for.
