I am a new, young, home owner in Riverside and this company does not care about their community, nor do they understand the importance we place on these types of services. I bought my home last year and during the process I was provided with an inspection report issued by Aaron Alan. Shortly after moving into my home, I called Aaron Aaron Alan to understand the report because it seemed a little incomplete but Pam pretended like she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked Pam if she wanted me to get the Structural Pest Control Board involved and she said "go ahead". I submitted a complaint to the Board and they quickly found them in violation. Turns out our house is infested with termites and this was no where noted on the inspection report provided to us, by Aaron Alan. The Board instructed Aaron Alan to repair all of the termite damage on our property and to fumigate our home, thankfully at no cost to us. Unfortunately, the company Aaron Alan hired to fumigate our home (Your Way Fumigation) subsequently broke various tiles on our roof. Also, the contractor Aaron Alan hired (Carlos Guzman License 901528) to fix the rotting areas around our home is the type of contractor you here nightmares about. The whole experience has been rotten!! This company is disappointing at the very least! Either the Aaron Alan company does not care about their community, or they just don't take their work seriously. If you've ever done business with this company I recommend you get everything in writing because Mr. White will try to resolve these issues through a "conversation" and Pam just doesn't care - leaving you with no leverage against their dishonest/lazy behavior. If you think this company has been fraudulent in their handling of your valuable property go to the the state, hopefully they can force this company to do their job right, because they are not doing what they say they are doing. read more
