I had a great experience at the ABC Traffic School Anaheim office. When I first came in, I was honestly confused and overwhelmed by the process. There was a lot of information, paperwork, and requirements that I didn't fully understand. I had several questions and wasn't sure what I needed to do next. Monse was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to explain things clearly and helped me understand what was required. Even when I was frustrated and confused, she remained kind and professional. What stood out to me the most was that she treated me with respect and understanding. I know the staff deal with many people and many different situations every day, and that can't be easy. Despite that, she was still able to help me get everything sorted out. I actually asked if I could bring a small gift to thank her, but she told me staff are not allowed to accept gifts. So instead, I wanted to leave this review because I truly appreciate her help.
