I am a homeowner in a 12 unit HOA in Pasadena. Our HOA chose Accurate Management after trying 2 other management companies. We were very unsatisfied and frustrated with both previous companies due to delays, incompetence, lack of interest and follow though. Then we switched to Accurate Management and our assigned HOA manager's name is Arootin. He and the entire company have proven to us that it ispossible to get prime management services at a lower price.Arootin has been great in every way especially when it comes to quick response time. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and fast in problem solving. He simply knows how to run an HOA. One time for example, I was charged a late fee by our previous mgmt. co. by mistake & the fee was lingering for months. Thankfully Arootin solved the issue by coordinating with the board. Also, he knows legitimate vendors: this includes getting the best prices and services from various vendors. He knows how to get best results that are good for the HOA and the residents.
