I have had typical apartment issues that have been addressed immediately by their subcontractors. They have an app that is used to pay rent as well as indicate maintenance issues. When I have had any questions or needed clarification it was easy for me to contact the main office by phone. I appreciate that they have fully vetted subcontractors that come and work at the property and apartments. It is apparent that they take pride in the excellent service that they provide. Last summer the units here had a pest control issue, Riegel asked us to sign a release of responsibility to let a stranger come into our apartment. I was not shocked that they were not going to come while they sent pest control to enter our apartment and no one would be home. the while no one is home.
