My usual go-to for basic grocery shopping. I shop here a lot-often weekly for everyday grocery staples, such as produce, dairy and frozen food. Prices are the lowest around and this particular Aldi's is pretty well-stocked and it's clean and decently organized, though the store is relatively small by traditional grocery store standards. Plus, I prefer to shop here so I can avoid the hoard of extreme couponers hogging up the lines at Meijer and Kroger. The selection isn't too bad considering the small size of the store. Remember, Aldi's is owned by Trader Joe's, so they carry many like-minded brands and items as Trader Joe's. I went home today after shopping here with several bags of groceries for just under $50. A caveat- they don't accept credit cards, only debit cards, so keep that in mind when shopping. Carts cost .25 cents to "rent" (you get your quarter back after returning the cart to its locked position) and you have to bring your own bags (they sell plastic bags for a dime) and bag up your own groceries.
