I recently tasted some crackers or chips that someone had purchased from Aldi's. I just happened to be in the neighborhood of this location and tried to remember what I had back then. As I entered the store, the first thing that caught my attention were Pita Crackers by Savoritz. I saw they had a few flavors - Sea Salt (two kinds), Garlic & Chive, and I think two others: something grain or everything seasoning - maybe I didn't, so don't hold me to that. I just grabbed the Pita Crackers with Sea Salt since I wasn't sure I was even selecting the right snack. The crackers are all sealed in one bag inside the box. As I tasted one of the crackers later in the day, I discovered it wasn't what I had before. These are not light crackers for sure as they had a hard crunch on them. The hunt continues I guess. I also picked up some Fruit Strips by Simply Nature. There were 3 flavors: Strawberry, Wildberry, and Mixed Berry. I got the Strawberry and Wildberry flavors (21 strips in each box). Think fruit roll-ups, but thicker, shorter, and a bit easier to tear apart with your teeth. When it was time to check out at one of the self-checkout stations, after I scanned all my items, the message on the screen said something along the lines of: Did you check in all of your bags or something to that effect. My first thought was: What are they really trying to ask? The question did not make any sense at all. Luckily an employee was nearby and assisted me as I didn't want to answer it incorrectly.
