Signed up for the maintenance plan. Service tech was NOT knowledgeable. He didn't even know where the filters were. He was getting a ladder to take off the return vent on the 12 foot ceiling. See pictures for the hack job he did replacing the filters. Wrong size, folded them to get them to fit and left a huge gap! Very disappointed in the service. read more
