Steve was hired to do some drywall work and general labor. When moving a piece of furniture, he scratched the wood floor. The drywall work was subpar at best. He was also asked to move a treadmill from the basement without permission or discussion. He took it apart and cut a wire rendering it useless. He said he was licensed and insured, but he is not.
