I came here to write a brilliant review on Ameri-Tech and before I do, want to mention that I saw that there is a small minority on Yelp who complain. They probably don't get what this company is there for. They are not there to run your HOA for you. That is up to the Board. The way to make things go right is to help the situation and not create commotion and bash the people who are already out there working and helping. My review? Wow, yes! I have had ONLY the best help and excellent communication from our Board Rep, T.C. at this company. She is extremely professional and if she doesn't know something she finds out real quick. Work with your Rep and they will work with you. Make it easy for them, by having all your data ready and available for clear communication. Wooklake Condominiums is up and rolling very well, and T.C. is right there helping us, and the future is looking very good. read more
