NOW LIVE OAK WASTE Canceled service today for my 85 yr old disabled Mom-after being told will no longer accomodate the disabled or elderly. For the last 2 mths they have missed pickup every week & had to call. At one point this went on for 3 weeks with NO PICKUP at all. When I called this morning for yet another missed pickup-I was told their drivers will no longer accomodate the disabled pickup at the end of her driveway, but that my 85 yr old mother would have to drag her can up a football field length to the top of the road for pickup.
