Great experience. John arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and what he would be looking for in both the air conditioners, filters and thermostats. He told me what preventative measures I could take throughout the year to help maintain the system once he got the initial service completed. It seams the previous owners had never had it serviced. Once John completed the appointment he said we should be able to get many more years from the units. He also discussed with me the importance of service on the gas furnace and where it was located.
