I'm conflicted writing this review because our past visits have consistently been 5-star experiences, but today's visit was closer to a 3/5. Before arriving, we signed up for the rewards program and received a complimentary order of beignets with honey marmalade. They were absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal--lfresh, and a great way to start breakfast. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't live up to our previous visits. It seemed like an eternity before our food arrived, and when it finally did, everything was only lukewarm. The hash brown Eggs Benedict was the standout entrée and had great flavor, although the upcharge for fruit seemed excessive. The classic Benedict was good but not particularly memorable, and the potatoes were extremely salty. We also ordered the bourbon pecan pancakes with eggs and bacon. The pancakes had good flavor and the toppings were enjoyable, but it's hard to fully appreciate breakfast when it isn't served hot. We'll likely give this restaurant another chance because we've had several excellent experiences here in the past, but today's visit was disappointing compared to the high standard we've come to expect. read more
