Went to the Apple in Willowbrook Mall for an appointment to fix our phone. We arrived few minutes early but the associate checked us in right away. After a few minutes, a specialist came and ran diagnostic on the phone. They determined it needed a hardware repair for the camera. We got a 2 hour window to come back and pick up the phone. We came about 2 hours later and the phone was ready for pick up. The camera blur issue was fully fixed. While the diagnostic took place I wandered around the store. It has all Apple products on display, excellent inventory. The associates are very friendly, constantly asking customers if they need assistance. I also saw an associate doing an open session for doing drawings with Apple Pencil. I was really impressed with this store. read more
