I lived in this apartment for 8 months and experienced several serious issues: 1、Towing problems - the apartment appears to work with a towing company to tow and auction cars. 2、Unfair deposit deductions - they withheld my security deposit and even charged me an extra $100, claiming there was dust in the corners and "signs of use" on appliances as the photo shows. They could not provide any invoices or proper evidence. I was extremely careful during my tenancy and documented everything with photos when I moved in, anticipating that this "luxury" apartment might try to make up reasons to keep my deposit. If they want to find something, they always will. 3、Pest issues - there were many large cockroaches and ants in the apartment. I submitted requests for cleaning and pest control, but these were ignored. Customer service is non-existent. Their attitude is basically: "Contact whoever you want, file complaints if you like--we don't care." Overall, very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this property. read more
