I have known Jose Villa, owner of Architectural Stone and Iron Element in Phoenix, for over 5 years. He installed artistic stonework in my home in Scottsdale, AZ. That upgraded the house significantly to the extent that any friends and relatives who came to the house couldn't believe their eyes. Also, I was able to sell the house about a year ago with handsome gain. Now, in the new house in Gilbert, AZ, I have similar work done for the courtyard, fountain, mantle, fireplace, and TV surround. Carving art on stone is done by the artist and is hard work. Setting up and installing the heavy stone requires skill and equipment. Considering these, his charges are very reasonable. Mr. Villa is very experienced and knowledgeable about his work. He has a great sense of visual artwork on stone and aesthetics. Mr. Villa is very personable, communicable, and professional. So is his administrator, Mr. Martin Villa. His workers are highly skilled, reliable, and work as a team. I am very lucky to have found his company and got stonework done from him.
