I don't understand the bad reviews, though after reading through it does seem that most of the poor reviews or are specific items or of over all brand experience rather than a reflection of this location specifically. I have never had anything short of a phenomenal experience st this location. I typically go in to make small purchases, see an item I am considering in person before buying online, touch textures & textiles and to get inspo. The staff coops not be friendlier and more helpful. I was there yesterday and 3 different staff members went above and beyond for me to find out paint colors (with one being not sure so she went to the back & brought out the paint can for me so I could take a picture of the color code) It's located at Phipps so if you go fitting the week it will look be empty. It a huge footprint with two stories. I much prefer this location to the one in Alpharetta. read more
