I don't understand the bad reviews, though after reading through it does seem that most of the poor reviews or are specific items or of over all brand experience rather than a reflection of this location specifically. I have never had anything short of a phenomenal experience st this location. I typically go in to make small purchases, see an item I am considering in person before buying online, touch textures & textiles and to get inspo. The staff coops not be friendlier and more helpful. I was there yesterday and 3 different staff members went above and beyond for me to find out paint colors (with one being not sure so she went to the back & brought out the paint can for me so I could take a picture of the color code) It's located at Phipps so if you go fitting the week it will look be empty. It a huge footprint with two stories. I much prefer this location to the one in Alpharetta. read more

It's been more than 2 weeks that I have sent my contact information to the email address posted as a response on my initial review But no one has reached out to me . Even their responses to your reviews are fake and deceiving.. Horrible Customer service. This nightsatand started having discoloration issue within 1 year of delivery. We have 2 of them but only 1 has this issue, contacted customer service and store and no result apparently finish is not covered under warranty. The Funny thing is they say if it breaks it's covered but discoloration of finish is not covered . Meaning if you intentionally drop or brake the piece they will cover it but not this issue . The store manager Steven was the worst , not willing to listen or capable of providing a solution hung up the phone . Despite as it was advertised high end high quality American made did not even last 1 full year. This bedroom set cost us $10k, very disappointed and I would advise not to buy anything from them . read more

Eric, Eric Eric!! He is awesome. I have watched the Hattie cabinets for over a year and was so nervous about making such an expensive purchase. I did! I purchased two. Eric was professional, helpful, informative and most importantly his customer service was phenomenal. I have not went through the delivery process, but honestly I am not worried because how Eric has assisted me up to this point makes me feel that if anything goes wrong he will take care of it. I really should have read some of these reviews before purchasing. I thought Arhaus was a higher end business and therefore, good customer service. Maybe not. I had a small purchase- 2 dining chairs and a tabletop candle holder branch Shaped piece. Chairs arrived, no issues. Of the 2 piece display, the bigger size was broken so the delivery folks got on the phone with Arhaus and took it back, saying Arhaus would contact me about the replacement. Few days later... No contact, until I got ahold of the salesperson after his days off (as others in the store couldn't help me (I.e. look it up in the system). He says it's ordered, being sent out. 2 weeks later, no further communication nothing arrived. I get ahold of the sales person who tells me he can see it's been sent, and he'd forward tracking info as soon as it was available. 5 days later... no tracking info received so I call in, again, but sales guy is off today and tomorrow. I must have sounded a little frustrated because the person who answered offered to look it up. Oh- it's being sent out today! But wait, as of 5 days ago it had supposedly already shipped. I ask if there's any tracking number - not yet since it's going out today. He will watch and send me the tracking number as soon as it shows up in the system. Ok. We'll see. I bought this on 11/29 knowing it was in stock and I'd have it within 2 weeks tops. It was sent with the furniture in error, which is what caused it to break. I get it. That happens. But now it's 3 weeks after the delivery and notification that it was broken, and it was sent last week, but not really, so now today. We'll see. I feel like I'm being told answers to placate me. If it's not here in a week, and I don't hear anything from them, I'm going into the store and taking the display off the table, and they can figure out how to ship a new one to themselves. Will update. All I want is them to ship it like they keep saying they've done...... read more

Buyer BEWARE! Last year I bought severe big ticket investment pieces from Arhaus. I have no pets and no children and have always treated my furniture with care. I always use placemats and mostly use coasters- never placing hot items on the table top surface without protection. I never washed the table because it is never "dirty." Yesterday I decided to wipe the surface with water. Existing cup marks remained. Then I used my marble/granite cleaner- marks remained. Called the 1-800 Arhaus number the rep snottily read a disclosure stating that the table should remain covered for protection. Why would I cover a marble table? Spoke to the manager who proceeded to say the same thing. No remorse for my situation, just accusing me about my everyday use of the table. Mind you- I have a wooden antique table that I have had for years and years and there are no marks at all on it. The manager stated that I could contact a third party "fix-it" company at my own expense. What a joke. The table looks awful. Told them to come and get it but they don't want it back. Guess it might need to be covered after all. DON'T waste your time or money. read more

Don't bother purchasing from this company. I visited the Arhaus store at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, GA where Vannah was my associate. I fell in love with, and purchased the Eaton Dinning Banquette and Leighton Dinning table in February. The items were delivered in September 2017 (because we decided to hold off on delivery while we were renovating). Within a week of delivery I noticed that the finish on the dining table was peeling. I had been encouraged by Vannah to purchase the "Worry Free" protection plan which would take care of any issue with the furniture. I was reassured that the plan would either fix or replace the furniture if there were any issues with the product not performing well. So, I filed a claim with the protection plan. They sent out a technician filled in the defective areas, leaving the table looking brand new again. I was very pleased at this point. Now, fast forward a few months the exact same thing is happening. I filed another claim for the exact same reason, and now the new claim is being denied due to "excessive wear" which apparently isn't covered with the protection plan. As I've expressed to Arhaus Concierge in an email (of which they haven't responded), there is no way that the same peeling that happened within a week of delivery can be considered "excessive wear" 4 months later. This is not something that I would have expected from a $3000 dinning table. The quality of their furniture is of Rooms to Go or Value City with a Furnitureland South price point. They absolutely do not behind their products!!! Once the sale is made and they have their money they could care less. Additionally, the fabric selection that was chosen for the banquette is HORRIBLE! It does not wear well, and is difficult to clean. I initially questioned whether this fabric was appropriate to use in our breakfast area. Again, I was reassured by Vannah that the worry free plan would take care of an spills or stains on the fabric. Being that she was considered one of their best interior designers, I trusted her when I was told that if they couldn't clean any future stains, the entire piece would be replaced. This sounded reasonable being that we were paying $4000 for the dinning banquette. What actuallly happens when a stain isn't removed with professional cleaning is they will send a piece of fabric along with a technician to reupholster the furniture. This wouldn't be such a bad option if the reupholstered fabric wasn't in worse condition that the damaged piece. This place is a complete RIP-OFF!!!! Don't waste your money!!! Definitely don't worry with the "Worry Free" plan. read more

Ok update, so after I posted this the cooperate manager called me apologizing and a new one was shipped out to me shortly after I've posted this. I'm happy now lol. But still not changing my review.. forgive but never forget! I've made 5 separate purchases from Arhaus. Four of them online and one in the Buckhead store. My online orders arrived on time but the one I made in the store which was on April 8, 2017 has arrived partially. I ordered a bed frame, 2 side tables, chest, and a chandelier in store. I was told I would get a call when it'll be ready to ship and I had to pay the other half blah blah well I never received a call and had to call the cooperate myself. When they delivered my order, I was expecting everything but was missing a chest and chandelier. I called and called week after week month after month was told I would get a call back and no one knows where my missing items were. I was told it was damaged and they're sending out a new one. I called the Atlanta mxd group to see if they are expecting anything they said no. Then I received a call from the mxd group arranging my order to be delivered on August 3. I checked the status and order summary and they only have the chest. So I had to call asshaus again for the 100th time to ask where the chandelier was and they told me they were going to figure it out and call me back. So yesterday I got a call back and was told they were going to ship me a new chandelier... Like how tf does a chandelier go missing?! Why didn't they just send me a new one 2 months ago and figure out where the missing items were later??? That was their problem it had nothing to do with me they should of just sent me my s h i t asap! F^**! I've spent over $20,000 at this "high end" furniture and received sh!t customer service! They do not give a f about you after they got your money and you literally have to keep bugging them for them to try to do anything to help you. F^**k y'all! read more

Save your time and your money and don't go to this store!!! I have had the worst experience since my first day and has gone downhill since past delivery. When I went to the store I experienced one of the worst salespeople I have come across. Diane was so scattered brained through the entire transaction. She tried to sell me a sectional for $4,000 more because she didn't understand how to put it in the system. When we said how come it is $4,000 more by just add one piece to a sectional she said I don't know that that just what the system says. Once we questioned it got so obvious she didn't know what she was doing that a regional manager who just so happened to be working in the store had to jump in and save the transaction although that was not his job that day he was just working quietly in the corner of the store. I should have run that day but I didn't. I thought maybe its just Covid and they are reopening so I will give her a break. I went on and ordered but soon learned from communication happening about the order that I should have gone with my gut. I ended up wanting to buy pillows for my couch that I ended up working with someone out of the Charlotte store just so I would not have to work with Diane anymore. After the order is delayed 3 weeks from the time that Diane told me it would be here and have daily wrong information for three weeks as to when my order would arrive (honestly for 3 weeks she told me wrong information EVERYDAY when I called. ) The assistant manager Michelle got in involved and in the beginning I thought that she would help me but to be honest she was just as bad as Diane. Very little information, I had to call every day looking for an update and when I questioned her she had the same response as Diane, "I don't know" Your the manager and you can't help your customers with more information than "I don't know." Delivery day of 1st part of my order----they delivered part of sectional and left the other part of it. Who delivers part of a couch? When I called to question no one had any clue what was going on. Responses I got were we have to get the store manager Eric involved but he won't be back for a week. A week and no one is covering him that can help with the order. You are supposed to wait a week after they deliver only part of your couch because the one manager is the only one that can help? Come on. The best was from the assistant manager Michelle who said I have been emailing Logistics for several days and no one is responding. When I said can you call her answer is stores cant call Logistics. What are you kidding me? Store managers can't call corporate and get an answer to customer's orders who have things missing? You seriously have to wait until they email back and according to the manager they have been emailing for days with no response. SO BAD I DON"T HAVE WORDS! Now we are waiting to see if they can find the other part of our couch and deliver the additional couch. We have already been waiting 16 weeks I wonder how long it will take to get this part. I am sure it will be a disaster because everything with this store has been a disaster. On a side note my transaction with the Charlotte store was great. The designer helped me pick pillows by giving me a CAD drawing, I placed the order. They arrived without any issue. Take this review for what it is but buyer beware on this Phipps store!!! read more

Black people don't shop at the Arhaus in Buckhead, the store manager Carol is racist. As a black design, I took my clients to that location to shop for furniture through The pandemic (when my clients only wanted to shop at RH) they spent over 50k +. She was very Unprofessional and when the when the delivery arrived with missing furniture she never called to apologize or without a way to resolve the issues. When I spoke to her regarding that the client is not happy and may want to cancel her exact words were " IM Tired of them threaten that they're going to cancel they can go ahead and cancel. She has tried to tarnish my reputation as a Design decorator (talking about me to my client). I have done nothing to that lady but bring money into that store. She is not a good manager. Awful. got sucked into buying the 'worry free' protection plan. As wife said the sales pitch in the store was 'overwhelming'. And surprise surprise they refused to honor it. Quite frankly don't bother. 9k all in for the sofa. New covers not sure how much they will cost. But NEVER buy insurance from them its some company call Montague or something that send out two sub contracted companies that BOTH told me they should replace the sofa covers and then they refused to do it. Is it possible to provide no stars? This company fashions itself as an upscale furniture company. Their customer service speaks otherwise. My wife and I bought a couch prior to black Friday in 2021, and we are still actually waiting to receive it after being guaranteed that 28 weeks was the absolute latest it would be delivered, which would have been late May. I have had to call directly for any information related to the delivery of our product with no communication being initiated on their part. They claim to have sent multiple emails in the last few months, but I have not received any of them. I asked finally in June to speak to the manager and it took them 2 weeks to the day to get back to me. I also asked for a call, and they chose to email instead. If I took 2 weeks to get back to people who needed my help I would have no business. As of now our sectional is supposedly going to be delivered at the end of July or early August, which would be 2-1/2 months after the guaranteed latest date. I continue to use the word guaranteed because their employee said that it would not be later than the latest estimated date. They have denied that they said anything like this, but my wife and I both heard it exactly that way. In addition, per their manager it is not their policy to provide any sort of discount or additional compensation due to delays no matter how long they may end up being. Rest assured, though, they are going to get THEIR money at least a month before delivery. I have been beyond disappointed with the customer service from this company. We have now had dealings with Ethan Allen, Bassett, Haverty's and Pottery Barn as well. Not only did we go to these companies for other furniture after the initial order with Arhaus, but we received all of our furniture from them on time and had great communication with our sales associates entire way. It has been a stark contrast to our dealings with Arhaus, and I would encourage literally using any other company besides them in the future. It is not worth the headache. read more

My newly wed daughter and her husband recently bought a new home. They filled 2 rooms with furniture from Arhaus in Atlanta. A sofa and chair were floor models and were delivered quickly. The remainder, another chair, coffee table, dining table and table base were ordered and took 4 months after being promised in half that timeframe. The table base was not delivered with the table top. It then took several phone calls and a few more weeks to get the base which should have been delivered as one installed table unit. Four months after purchasing the sofa, the wood support broke and the sofa is sagging. Arhaus does not stand behind this piece and will not repair or replace it because it was a floor model. Really Arhaus? Customer service is non existent and their attitude was extremely arrogant. read more

Arhaus has some really pretty furniture. However, some of the sales staff is very unfriendly and almost unwilling to help you if you are not ready to purchase on the spot. We made inquiries regarding a coffee table I had seen online but the associate I had to flag down told me she has never heard of it and was extremely rude. I saw a sofa on Arhus website and decided to stop by on Friday evening. There were 3 guys standing behind the counter, as I asked where the Filmore sofa collection was Ray came from behind the counter to act as he was interested in helping me. We proceeded upstairs to the area the sofa was located and Ray was so rude, unprofessional and uninterested in helping me, I decided to walk away. Also, he started to inform me that the price of ALL their furniture was going up on the 5th of April as if I asked about the price. If I saw something online, came into your store to make sure that it's something I want to buy. That should tell you I can afford just about everything in the damn store. I guess since I'm young, AA, and had on my work clothes I wasn't his preferred customer. There was nobody upstairs so I had to go back downstairs for help. That's where I met Tyler who was helpful, kind and who understands what he is there to do. Help customers and make money regardless of who walks in the door. However, I am beyond happy that I stopped by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams yesterday evening. I found a sofa, chair and they have the right color fabric I need, so I will be placing my order today when they open at noon. Please DO NOT spend your money where you are NOT being treated right. We purchased a sofa, ottoman, bench, 4 chairs 2 patio chairs, linens and a custom bed. We were told our furniture would be delivered in 2 weeks, we never received a phone call from the sales rep, even after we made multiple phone calls. When she finally called, she said all the pieces were on the truck. On delivery day, we were missing our sofa and some of our linens. That day we called the store manager, Stacey, who said she would have our sales rep us call it's been one and a half weeks and we've heard nothing. This store has the worst customer service! Our sale rep was very misleading and apparently only cares about the sale. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & its bad for business. read more

I just got finished making quite a few purchases at Arhaus Furniture at Phipps Plaza. My boyfriend and I worked with Saber and he could not have been any more helpful. He provided excellent recommendations on room design and integrating our new pieces with the old. I loveeeee my sofa that I purchased from Arhaus. The fabric and sofa are both perfect-- exactly what I wanted, and at a reasonable rate considering that they were custom. Didn't see anything else like this on the market- particularly for these rates! They delivery time is "up to 12 weeks"... I actually got it almost 14 weeks after the order was placed. This was quite a long time to have NO place to sit in my apartment (just re-located, and the sofa was the first piece of furniture I'd ordered/uprchased). I did agree to the 12wk order (and understood it when I placed my order), but was still a little irritating that it took even longer than the already lengthy process promised. However, I'm so pleased with my sofa... I have to say, it was absolutely worth the wait. read more

I just received my new giant sectional and leather tufted ottoman from Arhaus this morning. I am so happy with the quality and service that I had to write this review to negate some of the bad ones I've read. Did I just get lucky? Not sure, but I will definitely be back to purchase more beautiful pieces. Arhaus is a gorgeous furniture wonderland unlike anything I've ever seen. Looking up, down, and all around gives me major inspiration for my own home. Every surface seems to be well thought out. Whoever's on the visual team knows their stuff. As for the delivery aspect, my furniture did not come in an official Arhaus truck, but rather an inconspicuous white truck. Having a third party deliver my goods was a little nerve-wracking but they were on time, and they couldn't have been more respectful or hard-working. Every piece was moving blanket wrapped and shrink-wrapped on top of that. So no damage to anything at all. Lastly, and most importantly, you need to go see Monica Grandison at the Phipps location if you're in the market for anything. She will take care of you and keep you informed of every aspect of the process. I have probably contacted her at least a dozen times to ask everything under the sun about where in the pipeline my furniture pieces were, and she has always gotten back to me very quickly. read more

I've been to Arhaus twice in two days. Lots of beautiful furniture and not bad prices. We feel like it's a more eclectic (and lower priced) version of Restoration Hardware. Sure they have some unusual items... But lots of great pieces as well. It's a huge two-story store, and the service is excellent. This place is absolutely huge, so don't miss the downstairs. I would say this is a great store if you're looking for some conversation pieces, like, say, a giant mountain goat or buddha statue. I really liked that they had lots of sofa sectional pieces that you could mix and match and an entire wall and a half filled with sample fabric swatches that you can pick from. We recently purchased a dinning room table and chairs that we really like. That's the end of the positive (one star). The customer service was extremely poor. Our furniture was not delivered by the time we needed it. When we started asking questions, we discovered (after multiple calls) that our order had been botched up, in fact the chairs were never ordered. We are still waiting on cushions that were ordered just after the furniture. Again, our questions were answered differently by whoever answered when we called. If we ever get the cushions, it will be our last purchase. Too many good alternatives out there. read more

I worked with Britney at the Buckhead store. Great service. Very professional. I was moving to Florida to a condo site unseen....I though I had an idea regarding sizes etc, for my couch and coffee table. However, after closing, I needed a smaller couch and table. My order had to be changed I was concerned about the sales price. Britney took care of everything. She kept me informed as to the delivery. I was so impressed and grateful for her help with suggestions for my dining area. She listened to everything I told her regarding what I like and do not like, and stayed within those parameters. I feel very lucky and fortune to being able to work with her and Arhaus My furniture was delivered today. My coffee table was damaged, however, they are letting me use it until they can replace with the new one. Again thank you so much. this has made my move here so much easier. After ordering custom items totaling over $3K with a promise of delivery in 2 months. it has been almost four and only because of constantly calling and leaving my name and number have we found out that the items were in a storehouse down the road since last week. I have purchased a number of big ticket items from Arhaus over the years. I cannot knock the quality of the furniture I've purchased, however based on several experiences over the last 15 years, the knowledge of their associates along with both their in-store and online experience, is severely lacking. During my most recent visit, the overall experience was really bad. Poor enough to probably lose my business. My wife, two kids and I were looking for a large leather sectional. After 3 hours contemplating and customizing many sectionals, with the help of an eager and (what I though was knowledgeable) associate, we went to purchase. After waiting 30 additional minutes to pay, we were informed that this particular sectional wasn't able to be customized, much to our dismay. The only reason we went into the store was to have a knowledgeable associate help us out. An overall extreme lack of knowledge and a huge waste of time led us to buy our furniture and a number of other items from Room & Board the following weekend. This is 100% due to our poor in-store experience. read more
