I contacted Greg Gary with Around the Clock Movers to move my stuff from my apartment to public storage ob 02/28/24. they are very fast with moving but very careless also. I have a brand new sofa that ive only had about 4 months that cost me $1600. in the process of him placing my items in my storage unit Greg laid one of the sofa pillows on a sharp part of my old recliner and damaged one of my new pillow. I text him on 03032024 @ 344p he replied on 03/04/2024 @ 106p. I had to call him back several times to see when he could meet me. so he said a time convient for me so we made arrangement to meet on 03/17/24 @ 3p. i sent him text message to remind him. with no reply. i got to the storage place waited 30 mins no Greg. So I called him he claimed he was on his way all to get a text with a BS story about still doing a small job that was taking longer. How do you have a number that your customers are calling or sending you text messages and you claim you didnt see them. My phone let me know when a text has been sent to the person and when the person has read them and he never has read my message. He made a agreement for him to pay me $100 for the damage via cash app i sent it while driving but i accidently put $150 instead of $100 when i called him to see if he got my payment req by cash app he stated i put $150 which i cancelled that req and sent the correct one til today he has not paid me $100. He had the nerve to tell me that is a small rip and once you put it back on your sofa no one will see it. like i told him thats not the point the point is you damaged my new sofa. he also chipped a small peice of my bed frame. I also asked if he could help me take my sofa out the box i asked them to put my sofa in to make sure there was no other area damage which he refused. but i went back to my unit few days later and was able to wiggle it out the box and inspect the areas i could see. He claims he was gonna let his insurance company deal with me. How is that possible when you didnt take any pictures of the damage nor did he get my address to send me any type of payment. Greg has given me the run around. He also moved my neice and her husband the weekend before he moved me and he broke my nephew work desk. I pray he reimbursed them for their damaged item.
