Tenisha and Greg, I've reported y'all to FBI internet crime division and I have a police case number against y'all because NO ONE rescheduled at all or contacted me at all!! This response by you IS a LIE! And I have evidence which I've given to the police and to the FBI internet crime division of how many times I called y'all on that move day Fri 9/23 and my calls immediately went to vm - y'all NEVER called me at all- phone records prove such. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not trust them to move your home!!! They broke a large piece of very expensive furniture and pretended they have every intention of fixing it and pushed and pushed me off until he stopped responding. read more

I was referred to Greg by my sister a bedroom set that cost almost $5000. They scratched lost the drawer knobs on my dresser off, scratched up the chest and the dresser my box that had China and it was all broken. I contacted Greg Gary with Around the Clock Movers to move my stuff from my apartment to public storage ob 02/28/24. they are very fast with moving but very careless also. I have a brand new sofa that ive only had about 4 months that cost me $1600. in the process of him placing my items in my storage unit Greg laid one of the sofa pillows on a sharp part of my old recliner and damaged one of my new pillow. I text him on 03032024 @ 344p he replied on 03/04/2024 @ 106p. I had to call him back several times to see when he could meet me. so he said a time convient for me so we made arrangement to meet on 03/17/24 @ 3p. i sent him text message to remind him. with no reply. i got to the storage place waited 30 mins no Greg. So I called him he claimed he was on his way all to get a text with a BS story about still doing a small job that was taking longer. How do you have a number that your customers are calling or sending you text messages and you claim you didnt see them. My phone let me know when a text has been sent to the person and when the person has read them and he never has read my message. He made a agreement for him to pay me $100 for the damage via cash app i sent it while driving but i accidently put $150 instead of $100 when i called him to see if he got my payment req by cash app he stated i put $150 which i cancelled that req and sent the correct one til today he has not paid me $100. He had the nerve to tell me that is a small rip and once you put it back on your sofa no one will see it. like i told him thats not the point the point is you damaged my new sofa. he also chipped a small peice of my bed frame. I also asked if he could help me take my sofa out the box i asked them to put my sofa in to make sure there was no other area damage which he refused. but i went back to my unit few days later and was able to wiggle it out the box and inspect the areas i could see. He claims he was gonna let his insurance company deal with me. How is that possible when you didnt take any pictures of the damage nor did he get my address to send me any type of payment. Greg has given me the run around. He also moved my neice and her husband the weekend before he moved me and he broke my nephew work desk. I pray he reimbursed them for their damaged item. I DON'T RECOMMENT GREG COMPANY AROUND THE CLOCK MOVERS. BELOW ARE COPIES OF THE MESSAGE I SENT HIM VIA TEXT AS PROOF. I was very displeased with their attitude towards customer service. After the move I noted that there was broken glass in one of my pictures. I contacted the company and the owner immediately denied that it was their fault. This is a picture that has been hanging over my bed for years. I think I would have noticed if the glass were that severely damaged. Also when a mover is carrying out a damaged piece they always point it out to you and document it. They did not do that. I had the glass repaired and contacted the owner about reimbursement. He refused to pay for the repair and said that I had only taken out standard insurance so my reimbursement would depend on the weight of the picture. I asked him to contact his insurance company and let them know about the claim so that someone could come out and get the weight of the picture. Not only have I not heard back from him for several months but before our final communication he threatened to sue me if I left him a bad review. I told him to have his lawyer call me and he said that he would but no lawyer ever called. I have saved all the text messages as proof. In addition to not taking responsibility for damage that I believe they caused, they did not label my boxes well and it was hard to tell what was in them unless I opened the boxes. The boxes only had the room that the objects were taken from but nothing else. When they delivered the boxes to my new house they couldn't even get the right boxes in the right rooms. I also noticed that the owner was using the truck to transport personal items. When I pointed that out to him he said that it was his truck and he could do what he wanted with it. In my opinion if I'm paying for the use of that truck for that day then I'm the one that says what he can put in the truck. Overall not the most pleasant moving experience I've ever had and I have a very negative opinion of the owner's integrity. If you look at the "not recommended" reviews you'll see the same complaint about damage going back to 2013. read more

As they all good things must come to an end! I used this company before and all went well and decided to use them again but unfortunately things did not go well. Mr. Greg chose a time of 7:00 AMand did not arrive untill 8:45. I texted him around 7:30 to ask if he was close and his response was: No, omw. I replied by saying you gave me a time but yet you're not here and that a courtesy call would have been nice. Moving forward we had discussed pricing and he said that he would work with what was discussed on but that quickly changed once he finally arrived. Now keep in mind he and his team are the ones who put everything in my storage in March of 2023 and I also reminded him of these things and again he was fine with what we had discussed and agreed upon. Not only did he not apologize for being late until after I brought it to his attention, he looked at my storage unit in which again he loaded and then tells me that he couldn't do the job and if so it will require more money than what was already discussed. Lastly he showed up with guys (and I could be wrong) that appeared to be just a couple of guys he picked up along the way to help with the job (not the team he used last year) and not in uniform like they were my first time using them. Needless to say he left and did not do the job! I even tried texting and calling him to see what the price would be (even though he did not fulfill his words) but he didn't respond to that message. One thing I will not do is beg and allow someone to make me feel as though I need them!!! The job was not being done for free!!! Mr. Greg you did not show any professionalism this round and that's okay, I just know now that I can't use your services anymore!! read more

Him and his team is the best I will be happy to reference him to someone else that needs to move. They moved my one bedroom apartment (wrapped, loaded truck, drove to new place unloaded and unwrapped) all within 2 hours. They only charge 125.00 an hour. I would NOT recommend them. True they are quick and save you money that way, but if something is damaged, the owner will not take responsibility. There were a number of nicks dings and scratches that I could live with, more than I have seen in prior moves, that I think were a result of rushing. The dents on the refrigerator door I cannot live with. Greg told me he was insured, but I believe he is not. I saw the policy declaration before I paid him but it was expired. He said he just forgot to replace it. I wrote down the insurance company and policy number. I filed a claim with a company that had the same name, but it was not a valid policy number. They did not think they were the carrier, and the person I dealt with researched to find a company by that name, she couldn't find one. She called him to request accurate policy number and he said he would call her back. The next time she tried he didn't answer, and has never called her back. He was stalling with me through e-mails saying he would work with me. He offerred me 10% of what it will cost to replace the dented doors, and of course says they didn't do it. I again asked if he had valid insurance, he said he did. The final thing he wrote was that he had filed a claim and I would get a check in a few weeks. I think he thinks I will forget about it and go away. I e-mailed 1 last time and said that as the adjustor would need to look at the damages, that I needed the contact information or the adjustor to call me by Monday (2 days ago). I got no response from him and no adjustor called me. (I asked for insurance info several times in our e-mailing). He lies and is unethical. If you want to be moved quickly with your stuff tossed around and damaged but pay a cheap price - this is the company for you! If there have damages however, don't expect them to be taken care of. read more
