Just the name of this place sounded like it would be quick and easy for a late night dinner after my run on Thursday. And I was right. Loved the colorful umbrellas hanging from the ceiling, along with a plush sloth sitting on the ledge, adding to the random and quirky decor. Staff was super friendly, too. I ordered veggie and chicken egg rolls, and the honey walnut prawns rice plate online in advance, arrived early, and waited as they prepared everything. It took 15 minutes (exactly as quoted). I later found that they forgot the rice that was supposed to go with the seafood rice plate I ordered... ummm, that's an important part of the order, even if not a pricey item. Too bad I was already home when I discovered that I only got the prawns a la carte. An honest mistake I'm sure, and I was able to make my own rice at home, so not a big deal. Though I do prefer to get what I paid for when visiting restaurants (or any business), so I think it's worth noting. I enjoyed my meal nonetheless. The prawns were super plump and not overloaded with sauce. And the egg rolls were full of tasty ingredients, and perfectly crisp on the outside, with the packaging clearly labeled to indicate which one was chicken vs veggie. The ladies here were so nice, and my experience was overall good, so even though they didn't exactly get my order right, I'm still giving them 4 stars. read more
