My Wife and I chose to remodel our pool with California Custom Pool and this is the masonry company they picked for our remodel. From the beginning there no communication from this company. I was told what day they would be starting by California custom pools and that they would be starting in the morning but lot what time. I woke up that morning and they were already in my backyard working. Most of the guys didn't speak English so when there was a a problem I had to call my guy at California custom pools and then he had to call the owner of this company and then the owner would call his guys and even still the proper information wasn't communicated. They have comeback to "fix" the spill way from my spa and it still isn't flowing right. They also did a very messy job covering a retaining wall I had in my backyard. The flagstone work around the edge of the pool looks great and the water line tile also looks great but the professionalism is lacking and they obviously didn't care to clean up their mess. Not to mention the crew that was working at my house told their boss they had completely finished the job when I still have a hole in the ground next to the pool because they were supposed to come back after the plumber and fill in the hole and cover it with flagstone.
