If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous. We were only able to see the property briefly while it was still occupied, only to move in an be met with damage and disgusting horrors. Everything from rats to mold, chewed electrical everything. Disgusting. Contacted the property manager right away only for her to gaslight me and make empty promises. Everytime I tried to contact them they passed me onto another property manager over and over, which each one claiming because they weren't rhe first they couldn't speak for the condition of the property. We have tons of videos and photos and they have been dismissed over and over again. The money hungry owner has made out lives miserable by repeatedly putting the house up for sale. We were forced to leave for open houses and then stolen from!! When brought to these attention they laughed and ignored us again. They have now made bogus claims we have a business in our house, our dogs were not part of the deal and many more excuses that are incredibly untrue, just trying anything to evict us sooner because we asked them to help with a bug infestation! This has been 2 and a half years of hell just for them to serve us notice and laugh and say see ya in court! I've now realized this is their game they play with everyone!
