The parking garage is under heavy construction. It had no attendant, there were plenty of parking spots, and the door to take the stairs up to the street level was locked. All customers had to walk up the ramp where cars were entering and exiting, which could pose a hazard. The signage was not clear as to whether businesses above validated, whether a ticket should be pulled from a machine (didn't see one), or whether customers should prepay.
