Terrible experience. This felt like a yo-yo financing scam. They took my $5,000 down payment, let me take the BMW home, then later claimed financing was never approved after they asked me to get insurance on the car and gave me a false approved letter then they demanded the car back a week later . After that, they tried to pressure me into signing a release/NDA form.
If English is not your first language, bring someone who understands contracts because they will take advantage if you are a non-English speaker with confusing paperwork that masooda does not explain she just says "shut up and sign " which could leave you without your money and without the car.
Very stressful and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this dealership. read more
