Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! I did get what I wanted, but it was NOT a pleasant experience. I'm a customer. I don't know your rules, or what's in your cash drawer.
