I guess it's hit/miss at the Avis car rental at the Jackson airport. It was just six months ago, I was done Rented a car from Avis had a great experience. They were extremely helpful for me over the phone. I had a few modifications with flight changes, etc. and everyone was very patient. When I picked up and returned the vehicle, the process was quick. The car was nice, clean and drove well, so I'll use Avis again read more
