Went there for a late lunch. I reserved for 3:15pm hoping that the dinner menu would be available, only to find that the restuarant only served bar food at that time. Moreover, only the rooftop was open even if the reservation on Opentable has the "standard seating" option. So I got a veggie flatbread with chicken. The flatbread is large and had lots of toppings. Taste was good.
Service could be improved. First, the reception desk was not near the entrance of the restaurant, but instead there was a cafe next to the entrance. So it took me a while to find it even after I entered the restaurant. No one in the restaurant asked me if I was looking for something. Second, the restaurant (intended to) charge mandatory 20% tips but this was not written on the menu. When I pointed out the problem at check, my server was very unhappy about that, even though this was the restaurant's fault. Luckily, the manager took it off from my bill.
Since it is a newly opened restaurant, I still give it 4 stars. Hope everything would become better. read more
