Con artist. Came to my home, lied to me about his skills and knowledge, trashed my home, destroyed my internet system he was supposed to fix by lying about what he was going to install, fraudulently charged mt credit card for $2,000, and threatened me on top of it. Day one he came here talking a good talk when he came to give a quote but don't let him fool you he's a sheister! He charged my credit card almost $2,500 and cost me thousands of dollars in damages, won't refund my money, and threatened to sue me! Day two he came in and worked a couple hours, talked my ear off for twice as much as he worked and told me he was installing cat 6 unshielded cable when he was in fact installing something completely different, and installed it without my permission as a con! Day 3 he realized that my system was POE and he had installed all the wrong stuff Instead of admitting he messed up and trying to make it right he began with the lies. It wasn't until I told him I was having frontier come out that he admitted he had installed all the wrong stuff! Each day he came he left trash all over. He stole a note pad from my office which I chalked up to a mistake but should have told me everything I needed to know. He brought his son to my house who also further trashed my house. He lied about his knowledge, screwed up the job, and I had to kick him off the job because he couldn't even keep his lies straight and the more work he did the more he destroyed. Now I have thousands of dollars of damage that he caused which I still need to fix and when I asked him for a refund he threatened me with legal action! The way this man is able to lie to my face while acting friendly and knowledgeable but looking the whole time for a way to screw me over has made me double security at my compound as well. Luckily I'm a man that can handle myself but my sister felt the need to keep herself locked in her room while he was here because of his peculiarities.
