Sometimes I hate computers.  I run a Fuel Tank Cleaners of Florida and we need our computers every day.  When they don't work, it is frustrating.  Then words get thrown around like computer repair, network repair, network diagnostic.  I don't care what they mean, I need a computer company that will just come in and fix it.  That is exactly what B2B IT did.  On my very first call, they understood how important this was to me, as a customer.  The guy literally started working on my computer remotely while he was having dinner with his family at Longhorn.  If that isn't dedication and showing the customer you care about them, I don't know what is.  After dinner, he worked until 11:30pm to make sure that my computers could talk to each other and my QuickBooks was working.  He came out the following week, on time with communication, and finished up the rest of the work on my computers.  I am having him come back out to take care of some more items.  This is a good company. read more

When it came to slow, my computer was slow and it took 1st prize.  I couldn't use it.  I'm in insurance and I need a good computer.  I couldn't even scan a document from this thing.  I was ready to throw this in the pool.  Well, I didn't throw it in the pool but I did call B2B IT like my husband suggested.  They got me fixed up better than a cut in a hospital.  My computer was in bad shape with all types of viruses and other bad stuff.  A lot of things were damaged.  Took that poor man two days to fix my computer remotely. As far as a computer repair company in Sarasota, I am happy I called these guys.  Actually geek squad from best buy told me to call B2B IT and I had an emergency.  The geek squad told me that my mainboard was bad in my brand new computer and had me buy another computer.  They told me they could not solve the problem and I am leaving tomorrow.  I called B2B and guess what?  This sarasota computer repair company came out within 2 hours and had my computer turning on within 15 minutes of being there, a feat that the geek squad couldn't do within 2 hours of me being there.  They also transferred all my data to the new computer just in case and stayed to test everything.  I bought the technician dinner I was so happy and I will be using this company for my employees computers and server back in Texas. read more

I was looking for computer for computer repair in the 34232 zip code and found the best one, in my opinion.  My computer was left with another company prior to calling B2B and that company did nothing within two weeks.  B2B came out the next day and had my computer back up.  They explained everything to me in detail and the entire experience was awesome.  They reinstalled my operating system and saw my video card and motherboard were working perfectly. They tested the other parts in the computer and decided the operating system was failed.  They tried to get the operating system running but ultimately reinstalled the operating system and it is working perfectly. B2B I.T. is a top of the line computer repair company.  They do exactly what they say they can do and the technicians go way out of their way.  I called them for a keyboard replacement for my laptop and they discovered other issues.  They worked for hours to ensure my older computer was working really well.  It is quite fast now and so much better to use. They fixed the keyboard, my movie streaming problem, the damaging software that was on my computer and cleaned everything up.  They did a better job than most of what I have seen in the past from other companies.  I used to have a gentleman I used up north and now I have someone to use down here. Everything was satisfactory.  The technician that came out was very thorough and was on time.  He looked at everything including both inside and outside my computer.  I was sure that my computer had a virus because weird things were happening, but the guy that was out here found out that I didn't have a virus, but a lot of settings were wrong.  It was weird because my files were disappearing and wouldn't open, but he was able to pinpoint everything that was happening and fix the items.  I would use them again. read more
