Was looking for a Mediterranean restaurant nearby and found Babylon2 in South Everett. It's located in a small "strip mall" in a corner and left turn in and out is almost impossible so best to be turning in right turn if you can. The restaurant is small and is run by a couple. Super nice. Super friendly and service is exceptional. The decor is nicely done and the best part is every table has a lounger so when you get food coma, you can lay down lol The menu is simple and straight to the point. This makes it easy to choose what you want to eat. Decided to go with chicken dishes and one with meat/chicken. These were cooked on skewers. The chicken breast cubes was cooked to perfection and moist without the dryness. All the sides and salads was fresh and the meat was seasoned not too salty or bland for taste. The basmati rice cooked perfectly, not dry or mushy. Will definitely be back. read more
