The absolute sweetest locally owned Mediterranean restaurant. I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Everett and was looking for a healthy late night bite. Options in this area were slim, so I was pretty pumped to find Babylon. Unfortunately when we arrived to pick up my takeout order, their POS was down, and the owners spoke very little English. Despite not having cash on hand, and a pretty significant language barrier, the owner worked with us to figure out another form of payment. All the hassle was more than worth it!the food was absolutely delicious and made fantastic leftovers the next day. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate with salad, rice, and hummus. The chicken was tender and juicy, and paired perfectly with their garlic sauce. Mom and pop shops like this are what get me excited to share local reviews. read more

Friendly service and food comes out quick! My boyfriend and I ordered #2 Kabab and a Chicken Shawarma Gyro to go. Food was ready within 10 minutes! The seasoning on the lamb skewers was perfect! Savory and went well with the salad and rice! It exceeded my expectations as I'm usually not a fan of lamb, but they made it taste so good and not gamey at all! The meal comes with freshly baked soft pita bread and dressing. The chicken shawarma was yummy too. The chicken was soaked in sauce and had lettuce and tomatoes in it too. Absolutely fantastic! Went in on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only folks sitting in but there were so many large take out irders being filled..the size a person would pick up to feed a family. I was told a party of 40 was coming later for kebabs. I had the Babylon and my wife had a Gyro. All the kebabs are made fresh daily. The food was amazing and the owner super friendly! A good spot for Mediterranean foods in the area. It was recommended to me by a baklava store when I asked them for a recommendation. The taste is good. Delicious than a few other I have tried. The value is also great. Large portion at less than $20 an item. Hard to find these days. The restaurant is clean and bright. But, I have never sit inside. Had many Togo orders. In long After some visits to the food-court location over the last, what, 20 years?, we finally checked out the new location on 112th by the chicken spot. Or, well, we let somebody deliver us some food from there, so we didn't have to change clothes. Anyway, we got two kebab plates and some extra rice, and everything was just great. You get nice big plates of food for under twenty bucks, which is kind of a treat these days for stuff that's close to scratch-made in some ways. Turkish Kebab / Chelo Kebab We just mixed and matched stuff from both dishes into two blended servings. So I can't say much about which was which. You get some lightly-seasoned white rice along with several long grilled kebabs, plus some iceberg lettuce salad kit. Decent tangy white dressing on the salad, nice grill-scoring marks on the meats. Meat is fork-tender. This is kind of like a warm salad the way I eat it, because everything goes together and it's all effortless. Biryani Rice Do you really need yet another side of rice to complete the meal here? Uh, not really, but the picture looked really appetizing on the app. Looks just as good in the styrofoam clamshell when you get your food. At these prices, it's certainly a bag of mixed veggies outta the freezer, but there's a generous layer of colorful veg over the rice, and this rice has more seasoning than the side you get with a kebab plate. This turned out to be at least 3 servings of food, if not 4, and every bite was good. The Mediterranean food scene up here is solid, and these guys are always worth an order. I'll say that a couple other places seem to do their cooking a little closer to the spice rack, and more seasonings fall in, but good food doesn't have to be about huge flavors every single night. read more

This is an solid spot with what appears to be a loyal following that doesn't really post reviews. That should tell you they are pretty legit. They've been around for years, yet only have a small number of reviews. But don't let that fool you, they have great service and food, and it's very clean inside. The falafel wrap and the rice are standouts here. I'd come back just to order some sides of rice to take home. The chicken was unfortunately pretty dry, so I won't get that again, but I plan to try other dishes next time. read more

We used to visit the one in Everett mall. They have now moved to this part of the town. Nicer ambience, same tasty food. We went around 3 PM on a Friday and had parking and an empty restaurant. Would definitely go her again. Our favorites are the Chello kabob and chicken shawarma. Their Baba Ghanouj is also good. My wife loves their biriyani rice which comes as an option when you order your kabob for extra $2. read more

Was looking for a Mediterranean restaurant nearby and found Babylon2 in South Everett. It's located in a small "strip mall" in a corner and left turn in and out is almost impossible so best to be turning in right turn if you can. The restaurant is small and is run by a couple. Super nice. Super friendly and service is exceptional. The decor is nicely done and the best part is every table has a lounger so when you get food coma, you can lay down lol The menu is simple and straight to the point. This makes it easy to choose what you want to eat. Decided to go with chicken dishes and one with meat/chicken. These were cooked on skewers. The chicken breast cubes was cooked to perfection and moist without the dryness. All the sides and salads was fresh and the meat was seasoned not too salty or bland for taste. Delicious food. I came to Everett for Heaven Sent Fried Chicken but they shut the kitchen early. I was starving so I went next door to Babylon to "settle" for a salad. Instead I was blown away.
