I debated on writing this for a long time. I posted my experience recently on my personal page and my neighbors informed me they had a bad experience with him as well and the more my grass does the more pissed off I get. We hired him back in October 2022. He quoted ass just under $11,000. We did have a waterfall feature in the backyard we wanted removed because we wanted her backyard more kid friendly. I did tell him I wasn't a plant person so he put low maintenance plants in (so we thought) but one thing we were 100% adamant about and we told him several times with that we did not want our sprinkler system removed... I am sure you can guess what he did... he removed it. He tried to say he can come fix it, but there's no fixing that without tearing up our yard. He said he can come place a sprinkler for us, so that it is hitting all the right angles like we are incapable of doing that. We just want what we asked for and that was for our sprinkler system to not be removed. Since he ruined the backyard, the sprinklers in the front yard no longer work. It's about $10,000 to get a whole new system. When he first got done we thought he did a good job but as time went on it's just a complete mess. He did all these weird little humps around the border so now you can see the lining underneath. Of course, our grass is completely dead. I am a people pleaser so I told him I would recommend him and maybe that was my mistake but I absolutely would not recommend him to anybody. I am kicking myself for spending $11,000 on this backyard to get dead grass, patches in our grass, and a plastic liner showing through... and of course, no sprinkler system anymore. I am paying another company to come out and fix this mess, the only thing we won't get is the sprinklers back because that is expensive and like I said we've already spent $11,000 on this backyard. I would stay far away from this company, unless you want to be out a lot of money. read more
