I had read an article about the chef and had been dying to try it out. It definitely lived up to the authentic French charm I had read. The waiter was very knowledgeable, formal, and I loved how he took us back to the bistro to try their selection of wines before dinner. The food was exquisite; from the beautiful presentation to the taste. My husband had the prawns and I had the rack of lamb. The prawns were so beautiful in their shells and my husband enjoyed every last drop of the buttery sauce they came in. The lamb was so tender and the perfect flavor and complemented so nicely with the veggies and potatoes. The crème brûlée was the perfect touch to end the meal.
