Thorough, comprehensive, fun would be how I would describe my experience with Marc. I recently got my CCW permit and have nothing but good things to say about Banzai Operations. I initially started with the bridge class and continued my learning journey shooting once a month. I was a complete beginner and Marc was so thorough and his emphasis on safety was so exacting that I found myself proficient around guns after a few months. When I got approved for CCW training, I continued on with Marc and passed the written and field tests handily. I liked the training so much and will continue to shoot with Marc once a month.
