Absolutely love Bare Bones Processing--she has the best smoked sausage around. She uses Boston butt, which may be a little pricier than some other places, but it is 100% worth it. I also love DD's personality. Most processors have zero personality, but DD truly stands out. She treats all of her customers equally, genuinely cares, and is always happy to greet you at the door.
