Easy booking. Basic necessities were provided. Got the model room we wanted. I was able to contact barsala through text at any time. Our room was spotless. We appreciated the bathroom supplies of quality shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We did wish more pots and pans were provided. The only thing we would have appreciated was to have available bell carts.The bad thing was we were not told beforehand that there was construction going on. Really loud and the floors were shaking.
