Bates Exterminating sprayed our lawn on 7 Dec 2024 and unknown to me, they added green dye to the spray. Green dye came off the paws of our neighbor's dog on Sunday. On Friday green came off on our dog's paws (had not been out till then). On Christmas day it is still coming off (see pictures). Bates refused to acknowledge it was a long-term problem and refused to do anything about it saying they were not responsible for anything done to our lawn as we had signed an agreement that they were not responsible. We have used their service for 32 years and never that problem before. The owner said he does not need to respond to a complaint filed with the BBB, which I had done on 13 Dec 2024.
