2/14/18: New Office in Tustin = sooooo cool! I've never seen anything like it, I love it! ================= My oldest daughter and I are former patients of Dr. Baum and my youngest daughter is a current patient. I am very happy with the results of our orthodontic treatments and Dr. Baum is very kind and friendly. On occasion my daughters would have a problem with an uncomfortable wire and I have never had a problem getting in for a last minute appointment. Our regular appointments are always timely and efficient with the assembly line of patient chairs. But Dr. Baum, the technicians and front office staff don't skimp on making you feel welcome and comfortable with a friendly chat. At my daughter's last visit she mentioned an upcoming summer trip and soon after she received the cutest drawing and note in the mail wishing her a bon voyage (attaching picture of note). Can you think of ANY office who has done something this adorable? My daughter and I were both touched by the thoughtful note and I felt it was long past due for me to sing praises for Dr. Baum and his lovely staff on Yelp! read more
